Certified Veterinary Technicians

Nikki

Nikki, CVT

Born and raised in Fifield, Nikki became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2012 and joined our clinic in the same year. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. She keeps a busy schedule with her husband, Mitch, daughter, Hailey and twins, Braxton and Brynlee. Among a flock of ducks and chickens, their furry family members include two dogs and two horses.


 

 

Hannah

Hannah, CVT

Hannah was raised in Prentice, WI and has loved animals as far back as she can remember.  She grew up with barn cats, horses and got her first dog for her 8th birthday.

After graduating with a B.S. in Psychology form UW Stevens Point, Hannah and her husband returned to the area.  She's worked in a variety of positions including human resources, retail, customer service and academic advising.

Hannah joined the clinic in 2018 part-time, working at the front desk and soon moved to full-time as a vet assistant.  What she loves most is continually learning in the fast-paced environment of the clinic. From helping new-time pet owners to assisting with surgeries, everyday is a new challenge.

When she's not working at the clinic, Hannah runs her own women's clothing boutique.  She has a huge passion for her horses and barrel racing. She has had the opportunity to travel all over to compete.  She shares her time with her husband and her also own two cats, Simba and Cortana and three Mini Australian Shepherds: Luna, Rolo and Kiwi.  When Hannah gets a chance, she loves traveling and is always up for a new adventure! She's been skydiving, ziplining and swimming with stingrays!

 

Missy

Missy, CVT

Missy grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where her love of animals started with the numerous hound dogs her family had. She moved to Wisconsin in 2017, where she met her husband Paul. She started working at the Clinic as a receptionist, but soon after transitioned to a Vet Assistant. She recently became a Certified Technician. She enjoys spending time with her three crazy dogs (Cali, Mika, & Tarlo) and taking care of her ducks, chickens and pheasants. Some of her hobbies include hunting, fishing, photography, and reading.

Danaya

Danaya

Born in Park Falls and raised in Phillips, Danaya has spent her life enjoying our great outdoors and her love of animals. She has had many animal friends over the years, from rabbits, to hamsters, to dogs and cats. Danaya is a hard worker and recently joined Phillips Veterinary Clinic. She is enjoying the friendly atmosphere and looking forward to new challenges every day. In her free time, Danaya enjoys being outdoors, hanging out with family, and spending time with her boyfriend, Zach, and her best bud Bubba.

Lynsie

Lynsie

Lynsie lives in the thriving metropolis of Radisson, WI on a small hobby farm.  She started off her career taking care of humans and eventually realized she enjoyed the side of animal science more.  She has been working as a vet assistant now and couldn't imagine doing anything different.  She enjoys every aspect of her job whether its young or elderly patients.  Yes, she will probably hug your pet!!

In Lynsie's "free time" she mainly spends it with her husband, step-daughter, and two sons. She also spends most of her weekends in the summer barrel racing, hunting, fishing, or really enjoying any outdoor activity. She owns three dogs (Katy, Tex and Boone), cat (Oscar) and three horses (Coin Toss, Smoke, and Blondie). Some day she hopes to do more traveling and exploring!

 

 

Dean

Dean 

After serving the local community for nearly 23 years, Dean had seen a need to serve pet owners in the area. He recognizes the passion and care pet owners have for their pets when they come to Phillips Veterinary Clinic and wanted to be part of that compassion with contributing in taking care of their pets. Dean had seen an opportunity through a new career as a welcoming challenge. He has been a dog owner all his life and currently has two dogs; Bocephus/ Bloodhound and Cayman/Labradoodle. He strives to learn more about the medical care of domestic animals, as well as farm animals. Dean looks forward to serving the area pet owners and sharing in their experiences at Phillips Veterinary Clinic by giving the best care for their pets!

 

 

Sabrina

Sabrina

Sabrina grew up in Phillips and has always loved being able to help both animals and humans.  She has worked in the medical field for over 14 years, five years as a certified nursing assistant, and the past 10 years as a veterinary assistant. She is currently working towards completing her EMT certificate. She enjoys being able to help each animal, whether it's sick, healthy or needing surgery.  Sabrina is also our designated "cat whisperer," she has a way of always being able to calm our scared or anxious patients. In her free time, Sabrina loves spending time with her fiance', Dave and her two children, Milana and Kayden, along with their dog, Maya and cat, Trapper.  They enjoy the outdoors fishing, going exploring or just visiting with family.

 

Alaina

Alaina

Alaina has always had a passion for helping people and animals, always trying to put a smile on your face and making tails wag. She started her career in the medical field on the human side 11 years ago then switching to the animal side earlier this year with our team. As a child, she grew up on a pig and dairy farm along with horses, cats, dogs, and chickens. There isn't a day that goes by that she doesn't appreciate the life of living on a farm and so proud to be a farm girl. Her family moved to Medford, WI when she was young and resided in Medford for 40 years. Alaina and her husband Bill recently moved to Prentice area with their dog Harley, a cat Leo, and two horses, Freeda and Prince Harry. Outside of work she loves to spend time with family and friends, horseback riding, camping, sitting by a great camp fire, and enjoying their weekly family dinner with all five children and two grandchildren.

Brooklyn

Brooklyn grew up in the small town of Strum WI. She has always had a deep love for animals and knew she wanted to work with them. She first started in veterinary medicine in Eau Claire where she was a veterinary receptionist before moving to Phillips where she lives with her boyfriend Nate and their two dogs, Olive and Yuka. In her free time Brooklyn enjoys fishing, hiking, and training her dogs.

Grace
Grace was raised in Park Falls and always had a passion for helping and working with animals. After working on a local dairy farm in high school Grace knew she wanted to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine! Outside of the clinic, She loves to explore the great outdoors with her family and dogs. Grace enjoys going fishing, hunting, and camping.
